1. Data we collect at pre-registration
We collect: full name, work email, WhatsApp (optional), and professional profile (solo, brokerage, or other). These are used to send your pilot invitation, communicate launch updates, and prioritize compatible profiles.
2. How we use your data
The data above is used solely to: (i) send your pilot invitation, (ii) communicate relevant launch updates, (iii) personalize offers to your profile. We do not sell or share with third parties for marketing.
3. Legal basis (LGPD)
Pre-registration data is processed under consent (art. 7, I) that you provide by submitting the form, and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) to keep you informed about the launch.
4. Where the data lives
We store data in market-standard cloud providers (AWS) in the São Paulo (sa-east-1) or Virginia (us-east-1) region as applicable. We apply encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging of sensitive operations.
5. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to: confirmation of processing and access to data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data; portability to another provider; consent revocation. To exercise any right, write to [email protected]. We respond within 15 business days.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent, anonymous analytics cookies. No personally identifiable information is collected via cookies without consent.
7. Retention
We keep your pre-registration data until public launch. If you don't sign up after launch, we delete your data within 90 days — unless legally required to retain.
