1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the ImobGo platform (imobgo.app), you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree, do not access the platform.
2. Who we are
ImobGo is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for real estate agents, operated by CodeBloodedCorp. We are currently in pilot — public launch is expected in the second half of 2026.
3. Pre-registration
Signing up on this page is an expression of interest in the pilot. It creates no contractual obligation between you and CodeBloodedCorp, nor does it guarantee immediate access — slots are limited and prioritized by technical and profile criteria.
4. Personal data
Processing of your personal data follows our Privacy Policy and Brazilian data law (LGPD). You may request access, correction, anonymization, or deletion by writing to [email protected].
5. Intellectual property
All content on this page (text, marks, layout, code) belongs to CodeBloodedCorp or is licensed for use. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
During the pilot, the platform is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for losses arising from misuse, third-party failures, or scheduled downtime — communicated in advance whenever possible.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated before public launch. Material changes will be communicated by email to pre-registered users.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of CodeBloodedCorp's headquarters jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
