Please read carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the ImobGo platform (imobgo.app), you agree to these Terms of use. If you disagree, do not access the platform.
2. Who we are
ImobGo is a management platform for real estate agents and agencies, operated by CodeBloodedCorp. The platform is available for use, with a free plan and paid plans published on the plans page.
3. Account and usage
Creating an account is free and feature access follows the contracted plan. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken in your account. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, or to process third-party data without a legal basis, is prohibited.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed according to the frequency chosen at subscription time. There is no lock-in: you may change plans or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid. Current prices and limits are always published on the plans page.
5. Personal data
Processing of your personal data follows our Privacy Policy and the LGPD. You may request access, correction, anonymization or deletion by writing to [email protected].
6. Intellectual property
All platform and site content (text, trademarks, layout, code) belongs to CodeBloodedCorp or is licensed for use. The content you enter (properties, clients, documents) remains yours.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and stable, with maintenance announced in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for losses arising from misuse, third-party failures or outages beyond our control.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Relevant changes will be communicated by email to users with an active account.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of CodeBloodedCorp's headquarters shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
